Within this mission, the Campus Development and Facility Management Department at HT is expanding and seeking professionals with specific expertise in construction related tasks.

Your mission

As a Construction Specialist, you will support the Line Manager and the Campus Development team in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities related to the National Platforms' projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary network of internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and scientists, to help ensure the successful delivery of complex construction initiatives. You will report to the Construction Manager.

• Supporting in the preparation of SAL/SIL about works.
• Collaborating with other departments / areas / services to determine project needs.
• Ensuring the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
• Resolving on-site issues and emergencies.
• Gathering project material submittals and maintain records of approvals at the job-site.

What you'll bring

Essential

• Technical Diploma (i.e. Geometra or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medium and large construction.
• Good knowledge of MEP plants (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing).
• Good knowledge of Autocad and Microsoft Office suite knowledge.
• Fluent in Italian

• Good knowledge of English.

Preferred

• University Degree in Civil Construction/Plant Engineering.
• Knowledge of BIM platforms.
• Prior experience in the development of Research Institutes, Universities, and Hospitals.
• Knowledge of public procurement contract laws and regulations (Codice Appalti D.Lgs. 36/2023).

Organizational and social skills

• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Aptitude for interpersonal relationships and group work, independence, initiative, perseverance and accessibility, reliability.
