We are seeking an ambitious CITT Programme Manager to design, coordinate, and deliver the Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer (CITT) programmes at Human Technopole. The role drives the development and implementation of structured initiatives spanning entrepreneurial training, technology transfer pathways, innovation networking, and knowledge dissemination events. Working under the direction of the Chief Scientific Operations Officer (CSOO), the Programme Manager ensures that CITT activities are strategically aligned with the Foundation’s mission, effectively connecting research outputs with innovation ecosystems, industry partners, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Your mission
- Design and management of innovation and entrepreneurship programmes, from early ideation through to startup creation, including defining objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
- Coordination of training initiatives and support for researchers throughout the entrepreneurial journey, engaging external mentors and subject-matter experts.
- Organisation of events, workshops, and conferences to promote an innovation culture and the dissemination of results.
- Development and management of relationships with ecosystem stakeholders (VCs, incubators, industry, TTOs) and creation of strategic partnerships.
- Facilitation of connections between researchers and external stakeholders to maximise the impact and translational potential of research.

What you'll bring
Essential
- At least 3 years of experience in programme management, technology transfer, innovation management, or a related field, preferably within a research institution or university environment.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programmes, entrepreneurship support initiatives, or innovation-related activities.
- Experience in building and managing stakeholder networks across academia, industry, and the innovation ecosystem.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deliver results within budget and timeline.
- Familiarity with intellectual property management, startup formation processes, and technology commercialisation.
- Fleuncy in English.
- Strong programme and project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of technology transfer processes, intellectual property frameworks, and startup ecosystems.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and capacity-building programmes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is an asset.
- Ability to produce clear, structured reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
Preferred
- Experience in event planning and coordination is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Italian.
- Hold a Phd or Master degree.

Salary: up to € 70.000,00.
