Within this mission, and to further strengthen the HSE team, HT is seeking to recruit a motivated and proactive HSE Trainer.
Your mission
As HSE Trainer you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs on health, safety, and environmental standards for both employees and external personnel. In this role, you will ensure that the workforce is well-informed, properly trained, and fully compliant with applicable regulations, while actively promoting a strong culture of safety across the organization. You will report directly to the Head of HSE.

You will enhance your professional skills by:
- Planning and managing HSE training programs in collaboration with the Head of HSE, identifying training needs for new hires, employees, and emergency teams.
- Delivering HSE onboarding, refresher, and on-the-job training for internal staff and external personnel (e.g., contractors, maintenance workers).
- Supporting incident investigations by providing corrective action training and promote awareness of safety, environmental protection, and emergency preparedness.
- Ensuring training materials and facilities are up to date, compliant with regulations, and conducive to effective learning.
- Tracking training progress and maintain accurate documentation, conducting audits when needed to identify and close knowledge gaps.

What you'll bring
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years’ experience as ASPP, prevention technician and/or safety liaison for laboratory.
- Work experience with Italian relevant legislation.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
Preferred
- Strong knowledge of health and safety training requirements and best practices
- Certification in HSE practices or as a trainer (e.g., Train the Trainer)
- Work experience in Pharma, IRCCS and research institutes
- Work knowledge of SAP, PowerBI and/or training management tools

Salary: up to € 35k depending on the candidate’ seniority.
