Within this mission, the Finance Department at HT is expanding and seeking professionals with specific expertise in financial planning and analysis related tasks.

We are seeking a motivated Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to support the activities of the Finance Team.

Your mission
As, Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist you will support the budgetary, cost accounting, control and reporting activities with regards both to the National Facilities and the Corporate Functions. You will report to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

• Actively participating in the process of budgeting, forecasting.
• Collaborating in the management of changes in interim budgets.
• Collaborating in the development of economic, financial and management reporting.
• Supporting the cost accounting activities and internal invoice process.
• Analysing deviations from the budget and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborating in updating the accounting-management model of the Foundation so that it correctly responds to the needs deriving from new rules, directives or changes in the organizational model dictated by governance.
• Participating in the annual financial statements closing process.

What you'll bring

Essential 

• University degree in Economics or Management Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in the role.
• Working knowledge of planning and control processes.
• Working knowledge of management reporting processes.
• Working knowledge of accounting processes and principles.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent command of Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong capability of MS Office suite.
• Ability to understand the needs of planning and control as well as the connections with the accounting aspects.

Preferred

• Working knowledge of SAP, in particular of the FI, CO and FM modules.
• Use of Reporting and Business Intelligence tool.

• Analytical and synthesis abilities.
